Ted, What version of RBG76 are you using? Regular are Enterprise Edition? Check the properties of your desktop shortcut and make sure that you are using the correct "\RBTI\RBG76\RBG76.EXE". I assume that you have applied the latest update correctly. Very Best R:egards, Razzak.
