Check the Arrow keys on the keyboard... the Right Arrow key sticking can cause
exactly the same problem for me. (Installed new keyboard and it worked)

I have a DB Date Picker in my form. When the User clicks on the small
arrows at the top (to go to the previous or next month), the calendar starts
scrolling rapidly through all the months. I don''t think it was doing this
last week when I was working on it. Have I set something or??
