I am trying to find and then eliminate a real string of two underscores in a file name.
Because the underscore is the single wildcard, probably not surprisingly, I am finding far more than I want. I seem to remember that there was a way of escaping the character to force the search to find the underscores rather than any character. Can anybody remind me of how to do it, please?
