Jan (First I must confess have done this only in parts, that is not over the web) My understanding is that R:Websutie is based on Ottero. Prepare for your client an excel sheet thats has a db query from the Ottero-db that pulls the information. He can the open his Excelsheet and refresh it from the db. (If you so wish I mail you some samples on how to do Excel query from an R:Base database not over the web) There might be a better solution but that is what I would have tried first. Good luck and report back.

I also have R:Web Report. I am interested in giving my customers a link on the website to download an Excel spreadsheet with their equipment associated with the current service pricing. Has anyone done something similar? Jan
