(First I must confess have done this only in parts, that is not over the
web)
My understanding is that R:Websutie is based on Ottero.
Prepare for your client an excel sheet that’s has a db query from the
Ottero-db that pulls the information. He can the open his Excelsheet and
refresh it from the db.
(If you so wish I mail you some samples on how to do Excel query from an
R:Base database not over the web)
There might be a better solution  but that is what I would have tried first.

Morning,

My customers currently have access to their equipment via the web utilizing 
the solutions provided with the R:WebSuite.
I also have R:Web Report.
I am interested in giving my customers a link on the website to download an 
Excel spreadsheet with their equipment
associated with the current service pricing.

Has anyone done something similar?
