--PDF Files are of type VARBIT and can be stored just like any other type of 
Binary data..

--untested:

  set var vFile VarBit = ['SomePathName\SomePDFFile.pdf']

insert into myVarBitTable ColFileName, ColVarBitValue Values 'SomePDFFile' , 
.vFile


--To Retrieve it:

Select ColVarBitValue into vFile ind Vin0 from myVarBitTable wher ColFileName = 
'SomePDFFile'

write .vFile to SomeDiskFileNameEndingInPDF.pdf

launch SomeDiskFileNameEndingInPDF.pdf
