[RBASE-L] - RMail for 6.5

Good old Jeff Ward, who's still using 6.5 for part of his Lapinator order 
system, wants to start using the RMail.dll that he purchased for that version.  
 
I've only composed emails for the RMail used in 7.x versions.  Is the format 
the same for 6.5?  Specifically, do you still need to include these 4 options 
even if they are null?

    WRITE "CC:"
    WRITE "BCC:"
    WRITE "X-Attachments:"
    WRITE "Format:T"
