I use DB Lookup ComboBoxes quite often (minimizes typing) and there is little consistency in the equipment on our LAN system except all desktops can run XP Pro. The same forms are used for add, edit, and browsing depending on access given to a particular user. Add and Edit run fine and are clear/easy to read in any color. Browse also runs fine but we have screens where CombBoxes fade to the point you cannot read them. I am sure the fading indicates browsing. For most input cells, BOLD solves the problem, but in the ComboBoxes BOLD and color changes all fade to a very light gray. I did not see this because the machines I develop on, Browse status is quite readable. There are other screens where it is hard to read. Adjusting the screen's contrast/brightness and the cell's background color do not help. Is there a simple Property command or some other solution I can use?
