Boyd, At the risk of sounding obtuse what are you trying to do? Just about all the applications developed out there in R:Base are specialized so the specific answer to your questions do not exist.
An existing application would need to be modified to meet your specific application need regardless of the type of application. All applications have the following minimum needs; People (customers) Personnel (employees) Products (items/services to sell) Profit (rudimentary accounting) I would suggest that you get your hands on RRBY11 (I think that was 7.5) and modify to your specific needs. Or contact one of the many authorized developers to assist you in your quest.
