I do not know if you got this working or not.
I do not have any forms like yours but you could try the following..

Enter Using ... FOR 1 ROW - it should kick over to the second 
 table.
do this at the R>

Is your form one to many or many to many?

You could always put an EEP on Exit of the last field in the region
and use NewRow.....
