Buddy & Gunnar, Thanks for your replies. Is there a way I can get the answer into a variable, as I then want to use this to decide how to order some printing which prints totals for identical values, if there are any, or prints them as they have been entered into a pricing schedule if there aren't any ? All I want to know is if there are any identical values or not in the data to be printed. I trust that this explains what I am trying to do a bit more clearly. (Perhaps I need the IF_UNIQUE function ?)
Thank you. Any suggestions (or the obvious answer which I cannot think of), would be much appreciated. Thank you.
