Razzak is always saying... "Imagine the Possibilities!" The problem is... we are always doing that... what we have is never good enough. (Its really his fault you know!)
We have been successful at e-mailing Invoices and ship notices automatically (using the "print.. email on" command) thanks to help from Razzak, John and others. They go as an attachment to a one line body statement identifying the attachment. Now... (imagining here) Is it possible to make that one page report become the body of the email rather than an attachment? At least one of our vendors seems to be able to do that. I have attempted to create a body message that would emulate the report , but have not been successfull in formatting it to look like anything.. All my data seems to run together. There are no images in the report, but we do use some boxes for info. (Could live without that) Have tried using the Mapi mails, but they have apparently unsolvable issues involving our email program. (Outlook Express). (Ya just gotta love computers!) It would certainly be nice for a customer to just print the email rather than open an attachment then print. Imagine the Possibilities! Dick Fey Carpet Broker Inc.
