Bernie - One more method, if you don't want the users to be able to delete is to go into the form in design mode and click Tables. Choose your table and click Settings and then un-check the option to Delete from the table.
If the user presses F9 they will be asked to confirm the delete but then they will be given a message that delete is not allowed.
