<< FWIW; I just got a new laptop (6 weeks ago) to replace my XP that died; it has Vista installed and I have not had a single problem. In fact, it works rather well. >>
I have a couple of Vista laptops and I like it fine. They run with no problems. The \users directory setup is much better than before, updates arrive in a timely fashion, performance is good (on a sufficiently powerful machine), and no crashes. -- Larry
