Thanks to John Minyo my problem is solved. My missing activation keys must have been deleted during an HP update, don't know how or why but I will keep my activation keys locked away in a safe place. This problem will only happen one more time because after that I'm throwing this HP in the trash. Thanks for all the threads. Tom
