Just in case, if the columns in the view have the same name, it will keep you from reloading correctly. It will give you an error or not load the view.

The PackVersusReload.pdf is old -- doesn't mention 7.x but I guess it all still applies. I just did an Unload All and then reloaded it and got a few errors. They were all on views that didn't get reloaded. But I did this on a backup database so I can investigate before doing it for real.
