Jim: That was my first assumption, but I only got 1 *.mdb file and no other. I thought that maybe it was getting them from a remote server and I disconnected the computer from the network and I can still see the photos though the Access form. There is not much data in the database but the file is over 200 Mb, which tells me the data is stored internally. I will try the link. Thanks for the info.

That may indicate that the photo may not be stored in the database. OLE means "object linking and embedding". This could indicated a "pointer" to data located else where.
