I bet you are not using the latest and greatest updates of R:BASE 7.6, C/S:I 7.6, or Turbo V-8 for Windows. FWIW, among sooooo many enhancements, changing the drive, such as C:, D:, F:, etc. in an EEP is now a supported command. . R:BASE 7.6 for Windows (Build: 7.6.3.30509) .
