Read address 696F766E I have deleted the RBENGINE76.DLL and reinstalled

RBase same results.

Ray,

It looks like you have a combination of old and new RBEgine76 files

on your workstation. Most likely duplicate DLLs when using the

[Server Update] one time and then [Typical Update] the second time.

In order to clean everything, please follow the instructions below:

01. Close R:BASE 7.6 (RBG76.EXE) session(s) and exit R:BASE 7.6

02. Make sure that the shortcut on the desktop is pointing to a

right folder and correct executable of R:BASE 7.6 for Windows.

Typical R:BASE 7.6 for Windows Shortcut Properties:

    Target: C:\RBTI\RBG76\RBG76.EXE

03. Search your computer for duplicate RBENGINE76.DLL files.

You'll notice the RBENGINE76.DLL file with different dates.

If found in different directories, either rename or delete

    them accordingly.

Keep the one in C:\Windows\System32 or C:\WinNT\System32 folder

04. Repeat Step 03 for RB76IO.DLL

If found in different directories, either rename or delete

    them accordingly.

Keep the one in C:\Windows\System32 or C:\WinNT\System32 folder

05. Repeat Step 03 for RBENGINE76.CFG

Keep the one in C:\Windows or C:\WinNT folder

06. Download the latest update of RBG76 (Build: 7.6.3.30509):

    http://www.rupdates.com/rbg76/ [http://www.rupdates.com/rbg76/] Apply
the latest update accordingly.

Use [Typical] install if not using server setup.

    Typical Setup:

    . RBENGINE76.DLL (C:\WINDOWS\System32 or C:\WinNT\System32)

    . RB76IO.DLL (C:\WINDOWS\System32 or C:\WinNT\System32)

    . RBG76.EXE (C:\RBTI\RBG76)

All files are date/time stamped as: 05/09/2008 07:56 AM.

That's all there is to it!

Enjoy the latest update and make sure to have fun!

Very Best R:egards,

Razzak.
