Subject: [RBASE-L] - External Shut Down of R:Base
Is it possible in 7.5/7.6 to shut down R:Base in the same way we could
with rbadmin?
A client is having backup problems because R:Base locks the database
files if they have been left open at the end of the day.
I understand that the users need to be trained to shut down when they
leave, but is there any other way to close R:Base so that the backup
can take place?
Thanks for any assistance.
Al
