Here's how:

CONNECT dbname

-- For R:BASE 7.6 for Windows
    PLUGIN RFormPacker76.RBL vResult

-- For R:BASE Turbo V-8 for Windows
    PLUGIN RFormPacker80.RBL vResult

Notice the list of forms
Use [Ctrl + A] to select all forms
Click on [Compress Selected Form(s)] button

That's all there is to it!
