I just found out that RBDOS 7.5 and up, now has the LAUNCH command.
I've been using ZIP but that does not return to RBASE until you close the 
called program.
LAUNCH returns right away.
If there is an email solution you could call with LAUNCH, that would be a 
solution, albeit not as elegant as RMail.

No.  Plugin DLLs are not UDF DLLs.  They _could_ be written to work both ways,
but ordinarily are not.
