Steve I cant answer your question, but I will do as Javier, that instead say what I would do: Assume you have customer as side column and billing moth as head colum:' I would create a temp table with customer and billing month 1 - 12 Then I would run a script to populate the temp table And run a report from there. That way you have full control of report layout, with cross tab you have limited control. You will lose in speed and win in report layout.
