Well, bless my soul, there is not one line, but TWO lines.  I had to
uncheck ParentHeight (and StretchWithParent?) to "adjust" 'em so that I
could see what lies beneath - hey, that sounds like a good title for a
movie.  Once I reduced their vertical dimensions, I attempted to find
that Region but I did not.

Well I take that back - there's no region there. (Helps if I look at the
right report.) 

But a line is definitely not a region, so my guess is when the report
was designed, it was determined that the subreport would not grow beyond
the limits of the line object, so the region is not needed.
