Interesting... a restart did take care of it! Sometimes the simplest is the
best.
Thanks,

Bob –

How did you do the conversion to Turbo V-8? If you just did the TURBO dbname
process, you should now do a complete unload/reload of the database.

I haven’t ever seen the strange variables you’re listing there – did you try a
restart on your computer just to see if that takes care of it? And are you sure
these variables aren’t being set in your old app code?

Sami

Subject: [RBASE-L] - Turbo V8 Trace / Watch Variables

I am working on converting an app to my first V8 version.
Database conversion was a snap! Too probably 2 minutues! So far, so good.

However, I am now tracing some code and when I click Watch to add a variables
to the watch list
my variables do not show. # variables (#date # time Etc) show up, but also
strange listings such as
RB1, SYSFORM,671,PASSTAB and other unknown items.

I just installed the latest update. Any clue as to what might have went wrong?

Thanks,
-Bob
