Yes the message when running an app. I did go to "User settings" but check box does not work because it says program is running on a network. The computer running Vista is only a work station on the network. Why I want to know how to disable message is because I need some new computers. My old ones are running XP, they work fine, but hard to find new computer with XP, easier finding with Vista.

If it is that one. It is under “User Settings” than you also uncheck that warning from Windows security. You will see it.
