Hi Karen, I tried so many variations yesterday I can't remember which setting I stayed with, but I did have to change the form size to 8.67" instead of 8.5". Then it worked perfectly. I know when I last modified the reports, I did try to make sure my lines were 6/inch high, and it didn't happen with any of the 8.5x11 forms - just the 11x8.5. Maybe it's just a coincidence that I had to make a 1.67" adjustment. Anyway, it's working and I'm happy. Thank you for all your help. (You know I'm one of those mouse-hating, dos-loving old ladies.) Karen Hi Karen, It didn't work. I was able to set it up, like you said. I had no margins defined - height 8.5". I made sure the test reports had no margins set. The paper setup had my new paper size. Our printer has "skip over perferation" set off - just to make sure there were no other factors affecting the printing. The width of the printout is perfect, but every page is only about 8" high and report page 2 starts printing on the bottom of the first paper page. I might try tomorrow to turn on the "skip over perferation" setting and see if it's any better. I've been going right to the printer, skipping the ETXT file. I hate to do it this way, because it ties up thea PC for so long. We used to do the report processing at night, then print the next day. But it seems the ETXT files don't work very well. Thanks for your help though. Patti
