You have to configure R:Mail to work with your SMTP server. I use
RMail as an automated process to send emails with pdf attachments. Some
of these processes work from a scheduled task.

Group,

I have a process that we do on a monthly basis. For this process I am
currently using
the PRINT EMAIL OPTION to PDF. This was one of my first attempts at
emailing
reports to clients and have since utilized R:Mail and the MAPI plugin
options.

This process is a good candidate for an automated process but whenever I
run
it
manually I get the following error messages;
Mailbox syntax incorrect or mailbox not allowed
This server does not accept routed mail

Neither of these messages has an error number so I can't turn it off so
the
process
stops until manual intervention (press the OK) happens.

Before I recreate this process to work with R:Mail or MAPI does anyone
know
if these messages can be suppressed so that it would work in an
automated
process?

Jan
