Did you follow the exact steps outlined in ImportantNote_Update18_09192008.pdf?
This document is available online at www.rupdates.com/rbg8/ as well
as installed
in the default installation folder of RBG8, such as c:\RBTI\RBG8
You may also search your workstation or network folder for older versions of
RBENGINE8.DLL file.
