Larry, The product is R:QBDataDirect. I have it. Actually I finally found in the Quickbooks help file that it really is the TRNS table that contains information about invoices. R:QBDataDirect provides mapping to that table so I'm back heading in the right directionl.

Specifically for exporting INVOICES! >> I believe that RBTI has a product available to push data into and out of Quickbooks. Long ago, I wrote a thing-to-thing lasher that sucked data out of a custom R:Base order entry system and "posted" it to the client's Quickbooks system. I didn't use the disk files, I used QB's fancy pants XML gateway. It was exhausting to write, and unbelievably slow. I could load all the data out of R:Base in under a second, and it would take six hours or so to save it into Quickbooks. That was QB 2003, as I recall, and it may have gotten faster since then -- but I doubt it. The client has since gone out of business -- probably while they were waiting for Quickbooks to finish posting their accounts receivable. -- Larry
