I converted a big form from Windows 6.5. The color of the edit fields was white font on top of a dark colored background. I clicked all the edit fields and made the font black and the background color white. I double-checked and all the fields show the correct settings.
But no data is displayed in the field until I actually tab INTO the field! Then it appears and stays there when I leave. I located a new field in the form, and the same thing happened. However, I created a brand new form, located a couple of the fields and they work okay. And if I copy fields from the converted form into the new form it works okay. I'd prefer not to copy fields so I'm just wondering if there's a form setting that I'm missing. Any clues? Karen
