A few suggestions:
01. Take a look at the properties of the shortcut on your
desktop that starts R:BASE 7.5.
Note the folder defined for "Start in:"
02. Now check that folder for an RBASE.DAT file.
Using R:BASE or any text editor, review the code
defined in RBASE.DAT file.
Note the obvious folder name or drive letter that is
no longer valid.
Fix the appropriate line accordingly.

more details.
