I'm pretty sure that Razzak would respond to this.
2. R:Base doesn't recognize the PROPERTY TABLE Customer 'UPDATE' command!
 
R:Base does recognize the command
PROPERTY TABLE Customer 'UPDATE'
However you must follow it with a SAVEROW
You could alternately use
PROPERTY TABLE Customer 'POST'
