Hi Doug, I’ve had some issues with the mix’n match before, so I go through and
make sure there isn’t anything older hanging out anywhere once I do an upgrade.
I went back through and double checked everything again and can’t find
anything that looks like it could be the issue.

Any other possibilities?? I’m at a loss.

Thanks for your help,

Jennifer

Jennifer, it may be a case of "mix 'n match" modules from different upgrade
versions of R:Base or a server vs standalone installation. The following was
from Razzak some time ago and may give you some ideas. Hope it helps.
Doug

It looks like you have used the [Server] option to apply the last pre-release
update.

You'll need to perform the following housekeeping:

I'm assuming that your stand-alone installation is configured as typical, such
as C:\RBTI\RBG7.

01. Using Windows Start | Search | For Files or Folders...

02. All Files and Folders | All or part of the file name:

    RBENG*.*

    Typical File Location:

    RBENGIN1.MSG -- C:\Windows or C:\WinNT
    RBENGIN2.MSG -- C:\Windows or C:\WinNT
    RBENGIN3.MSG -- C:\Windows or C:\WinNT
    RBENGINE.CFG -- C:\Windows or C:\WinNT
    RBENGINE.DLL -- C:\Windows\System32 or C:\WinNT\System32

03. Repeat Step 02 for the following:

    RBIO.DLL

    Typical File Location:

    RBIO.DLL -- C:\Windows\System32 or C:\WinNT\System32

04. Repeat Step 02 for the following:

    RBG7.EXE

    Typical File Location:

    RBG7.EXE -- C:\RBTI\RBG7

Notes:

01. Check the "Target" properties of your RBG7 desktop icon.

    Typical Settings:

    Target: C:\RBTI\RBG7\RBG7.EXE

02. Rename or Delete "duplicate" files in various folders, if found.

03. Typical Location of RBG7 Help and Help Related Files:

    C:\RBTI\RBG7\Applications.chm
    C:\RBTI\RBG7\Codelock.chm
    C:\RBTI\RBG7\Command.ini
    C:\RBTI\RBG7\DataBrowseEdit.chm
    C:\RBTI\RBG7\DBExplorer.chm
    C:\RBTI\RBG7\Forms.chm
    C:\RBTI\RBG7\Gateway.chm
    C:\RBTI\RBG7\Help.rid
    C:\RBTI\RBG7\Labels.chm
    C:\RBTI\RBG7\QBE.chm
    C:\RBTI\RBG7\RBDefine.chm
    C:\RBTI\RBG7\RBEdit.chm
    C:\RBTI\RBG7\RBG7.chm
    C:\RBTI\RBG7\RBZip.chm
    C:\RBTI\RBG7\Reports.chm
    C:\RBTI\RBG7\RPrompt.chm
    C:\RBTI\RBG7\Trace.chm

04. Typical Location for Type 100 PLUGINs:

    C:\RBTI\RBG7\DialogBuilder.rbl
    C:\RBTI\RBG7\DialogWithButtonBuilder.rbl
    C:\RBTI\RBG7\MapiMail.rbl
    C:\RBTI\RBG7\PausePlug.rbl
    C:\RBTI\RBG7\RWhois.rbl

Hello all,

I have a form that uses two variable lookup listviews. Listview1 has a list of
employees, when the user clicks on an employee name it is moved to Listview2,
and vice versa.

In doing some testing I have found that doing a combination of typing and
clicking in the listview creates the following error; ‘Access violation at
address 004BEB27 in module ‘MHHMain.exe’. Read of address XXXXXXXXXX. ‘ If
the form has been ran using the compiled executable – then it states module
MHHMain.exe, if the form has been ran through the database explorer then the
module is rbg76ee.exe.

I am using 7.6, build 7.6.4.30919. I have done an autocheck, and ran a
database repair routine. I did some have errors in this due to a view that was
no longer relevant and I have corrected this. Now I get a clean autocheck but
still receiving the errors.

Any suggestions on what else to look at would be much appreciated. J

Thanks!
