I am trying to code a report to create a standard commercial bank deposit
slip.
The basic layout is easy but I need to place the bank MICR code numbers
along the margin oriented at 90degrees to the main text in a fixed location

I can create the numbers and have the fonts for the MICR but how do I put a
rotated label in a fixed position on such a report, it seems like it has to
extend over the various bands.
