This is a long shot, but have you gone into the Tables section of the
form and made sure that all the columns of your view are in the list?

I was under the impression that single table views are always as editable as
the table underlying them. I'm pretty sure I've used single table views in
forms in the past. Am I mistaken? Is there a setting I need to change on the
form?
