Very simple ...
Double check the "Data Field" column associated with the column name
defined as "List Source Key Field".
DB Lookup ListView | Object Properties | Properties ..
Properties | Table and Field | Data Field ...
Lookup Settings | Lookup Table View and Field | List Source Key Field.
