Dawn, Thats right. You don't see the pennies, you have to reformat the cells to see the pennies. But I have users who I don't want to get a call from that they can't see the pennies. The XLSW option is what will work for them. Bill

When exporting using the XLS option, the pennies are there, they're just not showing. The display format for the cells using that export is 0 decimal places. So they're not getting stripped, they just don't show until you change the display format for that column. The XLSW option includes the formatting (or rather tells Excel how to format it I think)....
