Tom,

I bet you have applied the last official released update
of R:BASE Turbo V-8 (Build:8.0.18.30919) without reading
the "Very Important Information" that was included with
the update as well as listed on the first line item on
www.rupdates.com/rbg8/

That exact -ERROR- message is the result of R:BASE Turbo
V-8 Database Explorer not being able to read/parse data
from all SYS_ tables required at the startup. Technically,
all indexes, including critical indexes for system tables
must be re-built, as clearly instructed in:
WhatsNewInRBASETurboV8ForWindows_Update18.pdf

Please follow the instructions accordingly and everything
will be A-OK.

In addition, make sure that all workstations are using
the exact same version and build of RBG8.EXE, RBG8EE.EXE,
and RBEngine8.DLL.

In an environment of R:Compiled application, make sure
that you re-compile the new executable and include the
latest RBEngine8.DLL bundled with R:Compiler update.

In an environment of Runtime application, make sure that
you re-distribute the latest RBG8RT.EXE along with the
RBEngine8.DLL bundled with Runtime update.
http://www.rupdates.com/runtime/

Each Turbo V-8 database (.rx1-.rx4) must go through the
step-by-step process of re-indexing, as outlined in the
PDF document.

Very Best R:egards,

Razzak.
