Take a look at the list of Authorized R:BASE Developers in
your area who are qualified and the majority of them are
well trained and have kept up with the latest and greatest
in the R:BASE 7.6 and Turbo V-8 for Windows (NOT DOS).

Personally interview them and find the "best" who can live
up to your expectations. Have them send you the references
and the fine work they have done in R:BASE 7.6 for Windows
or Turbo V-8 for Windows along with their accomplishments.
