Subject: [RBASE-L] - Re: Error messages

Sorry, I just assumed you knew more than you do! There's 2 different ways
that your startup program could have been created. In the database
directory, do you see a file called rbase.dat? If so, enter into RBase
through bringing up the .exe from My Computer (you don't mention what
version of RBase you're using). You get to the r> prompt from there, but
I'm hoping you know how to do that .... Then change to the directory
where your database is by typing CD <full path name>. Then TRACE
RBASE.DAT. You press [F10] through each line of code.

Or you can look at the properties of the icon you use to bring your app up.
The first target line might mention another program name that they use.
You could post here what the icon properties show for the target and
start-in.

Do you have an RBase consultant that you can work with? It sounds like you
might need more help than what you know how to do or what can be easily
explained in an email.

How do I find out what my start program is? I'm sorry if these questions are
stupid, I'm not the one who set up the program. The original R Base program
is fine the errors are occurring on the program we set up from RBase. Do
this make since?
