Howdy, I have a list of a few thousand employee names that was all mixed case. Some all caps, some all small letters some upper and lower mixed.
I used (ICAP2(text)) to convert them all into names with the first letter of each word a capitol letter. This was good for 95 percent of them. The problems were: Smith-Jones came out Smith-jones MacLean came out Maclean McDonald came out Mcdonald vanMorris came out Vanmorris Does anyone have a way to fix things like this that they could share with me?
