That is the result of corrupt/broken registry settings related to
built-in R:BASE Editor for R:BASE 7.5 for Windows.
Follow the steps below to re-register R:BASE Editor Settings:
01. Start RBG75
02. Database Explorer | Main Menu | Settings | R:BASE Editor...
03. Now compare your settings against the default, as follows:
General:

Display:

04. Click on [OK] button to save your settings.
That should take care of the -ERROR- message(s) when opening EEP.
While comparing all settings (step 03), notice the difference and
additional features in R:BASE 7.6 for Windows.
