Ok, in the interests of international harmony and understanding, I'll bite (American slang: "I'll attempt a response").
We in the United States of America share at least one political attribute with the peoples of the world: our politicians often use words that are beyond understanding in anybody's language.
Contrast the non-political clarity of R:Base syntax: whether USA or Sweden, whether correct or poorly formed; the author cannot escape responsibility for his/her words.

PS: As the "new guy" I am compelled to ask: 'is this an inappropriate use of the R:List?'.
