Paul: I haven't used rmail yet to attach a PDF file, so this is just a suggestion. Just because the launch command worked, I'm thinking that that doesn't necessarily mean that you can use that long of a path in the rmail file. How 'bout this: After you create your merged file, have your program code copy it to the c:\ drive and attach that. This way the pdf stays in your network (assuming you want it to stay there), but you actually send from the c: drive. If that doesn't work, don't think I'd have any other suggestions!
