The correct syntax:
PLUGINS RSpellChecker80.RBL SETUP|<Language ID>
-- Example:
PLUGINS RSpellChecker80.RBL SETUP|0
Where "0" = English
Make sure that the Plugin(s) are in the same folder with .EXEs,
including the compiled application, if any.
