In addition to my earlier suggestions ... When PRINTing a report as XLS, the setup within the Report Designer must be defined very meticulously in regards to fixed width fonts and spacing between fields and report bands. Only through testing back and forth to see how your result display can one confirm what spacing works with what exact data you're trying to display. Very Best R:egards, Razzak.
