Thanks for the quick reply and welcome.

For some reason I was unable to increase the form height by stretching
it yesterday. I didn't mention that I tried that in my original post.

F11 and increasing the height is the perfect solution for my problem. I
was able to locate everything at the bottom of the form.

First, welcome back to R:BASE World!

While in Form Designer, temporarily, you may increase the form
"height" by stretching the bottom or using the [F11] key for
form properties, to access the remaining form variable edit
and variable edit controls that were brought in during the
conversion process. You can bring these controls up and adjust
the position/coordinates accordingly.

To achieve maximum working space, you my dock or float all
form designer controls and panels to a different location
of the form.
