How extensive?
John Minyo demoed RWywo (R:Base While you were out) message & contact management at the Fall 04 Developer's Conference.
It probably wouldn't be too difficult to combine it with RRBYW examples to extend it beyond its current phone & email capabilities (I've been meaning to it for years :).
