Gary, The optional EMAIL ON parameter enables the "specific report" output, as PDF (in your case), to be sent as an attachment via e-mail, with correctly configured e-mail and SMTP parameters. If you need to send multiple reports as attachments, I would either consider using R:Mail 2.6 or R:Mail 3.0. In addition, if you need to design custom e-mail templates with custom mail body using the Advanced RFT development environment, take a look at the *new* R:Mail Editor 3.0.
