Use the "Alpha Blend" and "Alpha Blend Value nnn" property
of form to achieve your goal.

We are trying to prevent the form flashing on the screen
before it is populated.

If you are using the latest version and updates of R:BASE,
you may take advantage of "Hide On Startup" option of all
controls in form.
